I wanted to thank you for hiring such a nice employee like Rus. He explained every thing to me. He showed me the thermocouples and explained that one was near breaking and did not make enough electricity. He said that the other was not so bad and would last awhile but I said to replace it anyway. The hot water heater was cleaned, drained and refilled it has never made any noise again. I feel safe now. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the services provided by you firm in the installation of a new furnace and the replacement of our water main valve. We researched a variety oof furnace manufacturers and a series if consumer services be for we selected Rheem. We reviewed the backgrounds of a number of mechanical contractors in the Denver Metro area and received 6 estimates for the furnace installation before selecting Broomhall Brothers to perform the work. The work was professional, competent, and complete. A firm is only a good as the men and women who represent the firm. I that spirit I would like to commend a number of your employees for their effort on our behalf. Your estimator Myron came to our house to explain furnace options. We found his presentation to be through and concise. He answered our many questions with clarity and candor. While his estimate was not the lowest we received in terms of cost, it was the one estimate that gave us a greater peace of mind and comfort. your installers arrived as scheduled and preformed the work in a courteous, capable and professional manor. We believe that you should know that the City of Arvada inspector who came to review your work complimented the quality of their installation. His remarks reaffirmed our trust in your firm. Jimmy, You can tell everyone that the guys did a great job as usual. I had an ugly day yesterday and the air was the icing on the cake. The guys found a leak on the line that was replaced by Broomhall Brothers last year. One of the fittings was leaking. I want you to know that I sincerely appreciate all of the effort that has been put into my systems. your techs did a great job and finished quickly. It is nice to be a happy customer. The Board Members of Washington Place Condominiums wants to thank your company for the outstanding customer service on the boiler in our building . After years of misdiagnosed reparations to our boiler, we finally the only company that has the know-how to correct our ridiculously exorbitant and seemingly endless boiler money pit. on Memorial day weekend of 2000, we experienced a hot water failure. Our management company, at the time, recommended a certain plumber that plumber suggested a Raypak and we bought one. the cost of the installation was $9000.00. We were then informed that we needed to replace the existing storage tank setting us back over $2000.00. Since that time we have spent/wasted over 44500.00 attempting in vain to correct a virtually endless trail of glitches that has produced nothing but a flow of vehement wrath from tenants, owners, and owner occupants of Washington Place. Finally luck prevailed when we were able to locate Mr. Rob Sattenspiel of your western division who concluded that the equipment has been installed completely wrong. Furthermore extra parts had been installed that has no useful purpose. Mr. Sattenspiel recommended that we hire Broomhall Brothers Mechanical Contractors to remedy this boiler snafu. Broomhall Brothers simply got the job done without any surprises. The Board Members of Washington Place Condominiums authorize Broomhall Brothers Mechanical Contractors to post on their website a copy of our letter to Raypak Service Management as a testimonial to Broomhall Brothers as our service company of choice for their good service. To Whom It May Concern: I wanted to say "thank, you thank you" to Broomhall Brothers for being a company that truly is "a company with integrity." I would like to share my experience with anyone who would like to hear. One day our furnace fan could not turn off. Furnaces scare me - I have had several friends who have had carbon monoxide poison. I immediately call the company who sold us our air conditioner. After 30 minutes he recommended I buy a new furnace, and he would be happy to give em a deal on that furnace. My husband contacted Broomhall Brothers to quote our new furnace and Rus Broomhall came to look at our furnace. He looked at it and tried to to figure out what was wrong before he gave me a quote for a new furnace he did NOT automatically say "yea you need a new furnace." He noticed I had one wire unplugged, he plugged it in and the furnace worked. Also during his visit he gave invaluable information about what kind of filters to buy and encouraged me to buy a CO@ detector and gave me advice which kind to buy. But most importantly he did not try to sell me a new furnace that I did not need. Rus was personable, knowledgeable, and very kind to my small boys . I cannot recommend Broomhall Brothers enough. Broomhall Brothers responded to my phone call quickly and had someone on site at my property within hours. After they had determined the problem with my heating system they offered me several alternatives to choose from to solve the problem, and also offered helpful advice. The work was completed quickly, and for the price that I was quoted. I am very happy with the service that I received, and am pleased to recommend Broomhall Brothers to anyone looking for a mechanical contractor.

I wanted to express my gratitude for all your efforts these past two weeks. The Association has been under a great deal of pressure to find the right contractor to address the mechanical maintenance needs of the building. I feel, as does the Board, that Broomhall Brothers is the right fit for this building.
