Rinnai Solutions

Problem Solving Solutions from Rinnai

Enjoy 25% to 50% less energy consumption than your current hot water system while using the same amount of water. Made by Rinnai, these tankless water heaters can provide hot water to two fixtures at the same time at whatever temperature you require, from 96°F to 140°F. These highly efficient systems, 85% burner and fully modulating from 15,000 to 199,000 BTU, come with 12-year manufacturer's warranties on the heat exchanger and five years on all other parts. The units may be installed on the interior or exterior of your home or business.

Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters and Water Furnaces

R75 LSI & R94 LSI

NEW!

R75 LSI & R94 LSI

Now with 10% increased flow, increased durability and an extended heat exchanger warranty from 10 to 12 years. Colorado’s 40°F ground water temperature allows the R75 LSI or the R94 LSI to produce 5 GPM (gallons per minute) with a 70°F temperature rise. A single fixture using 80% hot and 20% cold water consumes 2 GPM. The Rinnai allows the use of two 2.5 GPM fixtures at the same time. Commercial heating applications using the NEW MCC91 Controller allows higher temperatures up to 160°F with the R75 LSI, and 180°F with the R94 LSI.

Hydronic Air Handler

NEW!

Hydronic Air Handler

Works like a furnace, with sizes 45, 60, 75 and 90,000 BTU per hour that provides a perfect fit for all SOLAR forced air retro-fits or new construction. A 150° input flow controller provides flow to showers using a hot water priority on-board controller (internal circuit board).

Tip of the Week

Blow down your steam boiler.

Tip:

All steam boiler manufacturers recommend that the low water cut out be "blown down weekly." How to blow down? When the boiler is steaming (up to operating pressure and temperature) the valve located at the bottom of the low water cut out is opened for 5-7 seconds. With the boiler firing, and the blow down valve open, the burner shuts off and will restart when blow down valve is closed. This verifies safe and correct low water cut out operation and keeps the assembly free of scale and debris. DANGER: THE DISCHARGE WATER TEMPERATURE WILL BE 200 DEGREES F AND CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS OR DEATH. USE PROPER PRECAUTIONS. Denver Building code states that the water temperature discharged into the sanitary sewer must not exceed 180 degrees F.
